Your Motivational Gifts

Finding The Spiritual Purpose For Your Money Path

Your Motivational Gifts

taking a test to find out your gifts

I had not heard the term “motivational gifts” before. But when a professor friend of mine started telling me about them several years ago, I knew I had to learn more about them and see how they applied to me.

It turns out we all have some basic gifts that drive the way we approach things and that motivate us to choose our type of path. This helps explain the reason why we do what we do and approach everything we do with these characteristics as a base. These are the core things you love to do and that drive you in the way you most love to help others. Things like teaching, leading, helping and serving others, and more…

My friend told me he had been working in this area with another gifted professor and had come up with a website to help people determine and learn about their gifting in this area.

To take the gifts test and uncover your motivational gifts, visit gifttest.org. There are 7 types of motivational areas uncovered there, along with an endless variety with combinations of each. There’s also a great explanation of each of the main gift types and some additional help on combinations of the various gifts and how they work together. You can also reach out to them for more understanding of this. I’ve found them to be very supportive.

It can be helpful to see how you fit into a company or how others there could be more strategically placed to be positioned in their strongest gift area. Not only could they deliver more value for the company and be an asset to those around them but, as they develop their gifts, they will experience more happiness and fulfillment in the right match.

If this is something you’re interested in knowing about yourself, get right on over there and check it out! It’s a pretty quick test with fast results. Definitely an interesting study – and a revelation of one more layer that can bring you alignment and congruency. You will also gain further hints at your mission and purpose path, as you look back at all the things you’ve done and love to do most, and see how the patterns unfold to show you WHY you chose those seemingly unrelated paths!

Uncover yours and share the link with a friend or two. They will thank you for it! And you certainly will understand yourself and your friends better through the eyes of these primary motivational gift combinations.
